The seminar was held on 14 November 2024, in Sofia, Bulgaria, in the framework of XVIII National Conference of Association of Bulgarian Energy Agencies. It was attended by 69 participants in person and 40 online, among which mayors and representatives of local authorities-municipalities, municipal associations, energy agencies, consultancy centres, NGO, etc. The main issues discussed were focused on concrete actions and tools to help alleviate energy poverty which is a widely recognaised problem by municipalities and other relevant stakeholders in Bulgaria.
